摘要
腺病毒(Adenovirus,ADV)是无囊膜包裹的线性双链DNA病毒,致病性强,传播范围广,可感染多种动物。自1953年研究人员首次分离ADV以来,已发现100多种血清型。ADV的主要蛋白包括纤突蛋白(Fiber)、五邻体蛋白(Penton)、六邻体蛋白(Hexon)、Knob、E1B-55K、Ⅸ、E1A、100K和E3等。ADV识别受体、入侵细胞、脱衣壳、基因组入核、组装和释放均由上述蛋白质调控。文章综述了ADV主要蛋白质的研究进展,旨在为进一步探究ADV致病机制和制订防控策略提供参考。
Adenovirus(ADV)is non-encapsulated linear double-stranded DNA virus with wide-spread strong pathogenicity,which can infect a variety of animals.ADV infection cases have been reported in many countries.Since the first isolation of ADV in 1953,more than 100 serotypes have been identified.The main proteins of ADV include Fiber protein,Penton protein,Hexon protein,Knob,E1B-55K,Ⅸ,E1A,100K and E3.ADV recognition receptor,cell invasion,capsid removal,genomic entry into nucleus,viral assembly and release are all regulated by their component proteins.In this paper,the research progress of ADV main proteins were summarized,aiming to provide reference for further exploring the pathogenesis of ADV and formulating prevention and control strategies.
