以“四化”为引领,培育“四有”社工——以东莞市塘厦镇社会工作服务站人才培养为例

摘要 通过设置“一站八点”的形式,站点建立两年间,东莞市塘厦镇社会工作服务站一直坚持“四化、四有”的人才培育模式,培养大批优秀的双百社工为镇内困难群众开展社会工作服务,提供兜底性保障,切实增强群众的获得感、幸福感、安全感。 Through the establishment of a"One Station,Eight Points"model,the Dongguan Tangxia Town Social Work Service Station has adhered to the"Four Modernizations,Four Attributes"talent development approach over the past two years.This model has successfully cultivated a large number of outstanding social workers,who provide essential social work services to disadvantaged groups in the town,offering a safety net and effectively enhancing the sense of gain,security,and happiness among the community.
