摘要
异辛酸是一种重要的有机酸,具有多种用途。色度是异辛酸产品的重要指标之一,较高的色度会对产品质量及下游合成衍生物的质量产生较大的影响。因此,研究氧含量对异辛酸色度的影响具有重要意义。为了探究异辛酸样品中氧含量对色度的影响,本研究进行了溶解氧实验、酸溶液在氧气和氮气不同场景中的加热实验、加热的极端实验,利用气相色谱和液相色谱的数据分析,揭示了氧对酸和合成酯产品中色度升高的原因。利用副产有机化合物结构的理论分析,探讨了氧在酸及衍生物中引起色度升高的作用机理。
As an important organic acid,isooctanoic acid is used in many properties.Chroma is one of the important indexes of isoocaprylic.High chromaticity will have a great impact on the quality of carboxylic acid and the quality of downstream synthetic derivatives.Therefore,it is of great significance to study the effect of oxygen content on the chromaticity of iso-octanoic acid.In order to explore the influence of chromaticity in isooctanoic acid,this paper carried out dissolved oxygen experiment,acid solution heating experiment in different scenarios of oxygen and nitrogen,heating limit experiment,using gas chromatography and liquid chromatography data analysis,revealed the reason why oxygen increased chromaticity in acid and synthetic ester products.Based on the structural theory of by-product organic compounds,the mechanism of the increasing chromaticity of oxygen in acid and its derivatives were discussed.
