“大思政课”背景下大学生医疗志愿服务发展现状分析

Current Situation of the Development of College Students’Medical Volunteering Under the Background of“Great Courses of Ideological and Political Education”

大学生医疗志愿服务是医学院校推动“大思政课”建设和实践育人工作的重要路径。近年来,中国大学生医疗志愿服务在服务内容、服务人群和服务形式上不断创新,但同时也存在育人功能有待提升、呈现形式有待革新、制度建构有待完善、常态化建设有待强化和长效化机制有待健全等不足之处。大学生医疗志愿服务应秉承立德树人的思想引领,坚持“四为”方针,构建顺应时代需求的医学院校“大思政课”。通过强化志愿服务的顶层设计和模式构建,从提升实践思想的深度、拓展实践形式的丰度、完善志愿服务的制度、重构志愿服务的频度、保障资源协调的力度等方面着手,推动医学生医疗志愿服务内涵化、多元化、系统化、常态化及长效化发展,切实提升医学院校思想政治工作的质量和育人成效。

College students’medical volunteering is an important path for medical colleges to promote the construction of“Great Courses of Ideological and Political Education”and practice educating people.In recent years,college students’medical volunteering has continuously innovated regarding the content,population and form of the service.However,at the same time,there are also difficulties such as the need to improve the educational function,innovate the presenting form,improve the institutional structure,strengthen the normalization construction,and perfect the long-term mechanism.College students’medical volunteering should adhere to the ideological guidance of fostering virtue adhere to the“four-dedication”guideline,and build“Great Courses of Ideological and Political Education”at medical colleges that meet the needs of the times.By strengthening the top-level design and model construction of volunteering,we start from enhancing the depth of practice-based thinking,expand practice forms,improve the system of volunteering service,reconstruct the frequency of volunteering,and ensure the coordination of resources.We strive to promote the internalization,diversification,systematization,normalization and long-term development of medical students’medical volunteering,so as to effectively improving the quality and educational effectiveness of ideological and political education at medical colleges.
