积分绩效考核在住院医师规范化培训师资教学管理中的应用

摘要 通过积分制绩效考核,客观评价住院医师规范化培训教学质量和效果,旨在激励教师,提升整体教学水平。广东省人民医院外科专业基地教学管理人员基于“外科专业基地教学绩效积分考评表”(以下简称“考评表”),从带教数量、教学活动、学员评价、督导反馈和教学成果等多个维度,对教师的教学绩效进行量化评估,并对比考评实施一年半以来教学活动的开展情况和学员评价的变化。自2023年实施考评制度以来,截至2024年6月,共组织各项教学活动694次,培养住院医师1570人次。教学活动评价分数有所提升,问卷调查显示教学活动质量获得师生一致认可。基于“考评表”顺利计算出师资教学绩效,年度师资评分显著提高并维持在较高水平。因此,“考评表”被证实是量化教师教学工作的有效工具,使得教学绩效发放有据可依,提高教学积极性,有助于发现带教中的不足,具备进一步推广应用的潜力。 Through the performance evaluation based on the score system,this study objectively evaluated the teaching quality and effectiveness of standardized training for resident physicians,aiming to motivate teachers and improve overall teaching level.Based on the“Surgical Professional Base Teaching Performance Score Evaluation Form”,the surgical professional base of Guangdong Provincial People’s Hospital makes a quantified evaluation of teachers’teaching performance through comprehensive evaluation of their teaching quantity,teaching activities,student evaluation,supervision feedback,and teaching achievements.The evaluation compares the implementation of teaching activities and changes in student evaluation over the past year and a half.Since the implementation of the evaluation system in 2023,a total of 694 teaching activities have been organized and 1570 resident physicians were trained before June 2024.The evaluation scores for teaching activities have improved,and a questionnaire survey shows that the quality of teaching activities has been recognized by teachers and students.Based on the evaluation form,the teachers’teaching performance of was successfully calculated,and the annual teacher rating was significantly improved and maintained at a high level.The Evaluation Form proves to be an effective tool for quantifying teachers’teaching work,providing a solid basis for the distribution of teaching performance pay,and helping to improve teaching enthusiasm and identify deficiencies in teaching.Therefore,it has the potential for further promotion and application.
