基于BIM的施工项目责任成本管理数据平台研究

Research on BIM-Based Construction Project Responsibility Cost Management Data Platform

我国对BIM成本管理研究较晚,理论基础匮乏直接导致了BIM成本管理在本土化实际应用中出现了大量问题,其中施工企业成本管理理念落后、成本管理数据平台功能落后、缺少适用于施工项目责任成本管理模式的BIM软件等问题直接制约了BIM成本管理的发展。针对以上问题,开展了问卷调查,通过数据统计剖析了施工项目责任成本管理存在的问题与障碍,分析了基于BIM进行责任成本管理的可行性,明确了BIM成本管理数据平台应具备的功能,设计了一种基于BIM的施工项目责任成本管理数据平台基本框架,包括责任预算子系统、人工成本管理子系统、材料与机械成本管理子系统、现场成本管理子系统以及成本预警子系统等5个子系统。

The research on BIM cost management in China is relatively late,and the lack of theoretical foundation has directly led to a large number of problems in the practical application of BIM cost management in localization,among which the backward cost management concept of construction enterprises,the backward function of cost management data platform,and the lack of BIM software suitable for the responsibility cost management mode of construction projects directly restrict the development of BIM cost management.In view of the above problems,this paper carried out a questionnaire survey,analyzed the problems and obstacles of construction project responsibility cost management through data statistics,analyzed the feasibility of responsibility cost management based on BIM,clarified the functions of BIM cost management data platform,and designed a basic framework of BIM-based construction project responsibility cost management data platform,including responsibility budget subsystem,labor cost management subsystem,material and machinery cost management subsystem,on-site cost management subsystem and the cost early warning subsystem.
