摘要
利用工业废渣锂渣制备新型固化剂,对工程中强度低、含水率高、稳定性差的软土进行固化。将锂渣、生石灰与复合激发剂进行混合,制备得到新型锂渣基软土固化剂(CELS),试验探讨固化剂掺量对CELS固化土力学性能的影响。试验结果表明:随着CELS掺量增加,固化土强度提高,但增加到25%以上时,提高的幅度趋小。通过X-射线衍射及扫描电镜微观分析发现,当CELS掺量增加时,固化土中C(N)-A-S-H等水化产物的数量增多,提高了颗粒之间的胶结能力,增强了结构的整体性,验证了固化土强度试验结果。
In this paper,a new curing agent was prepared from industrial waste lithium slag to cure soft soil with low strength,high moisture content and poor stability in engineering.A new lithium slag-based soft soil curing agent(CELS)was prepared by mixing lithium slag,quicklime and compound activator.The influence of the content of curing agent on the mechanical properties of CELS solidified soil was discussed.The test results show that the strength of solidified soil increases with the increase of curing agent content,but when the content of curing agent is increased to over 25%,the increase in amplitude tends to be smaller.Through X-ray diffraction and scanning electron microscope microscopic analysis,it is found that when the content of CELS increases,the number of hydration products such as C(N)-A-S-H in solidified soil increases,which improves the cementing power among particles,enhances the integrity of the structure,and verifies the test results of solidified soil strength.
