摘要
为评价有机阻锈剂对管片水泥基材料工作性能与力学性能的影响,研究了4种水泥、3种有机阻锈剂、3种减水剂之间的相容性,探讨了阻锈剂对水泥标准稠度用水量、经时扩展度、凝结时间、胶砂抗压强度等指标的影响规律,以及不同环境温度条件下掺加阻锈剂水泥浆体凝结时间的变化。结果表明,不同类型阻锈剂与水泥浆体相容性规律不尽相同,受水泥类型、减水剂类型的综合影响。阻锈剂对水泥浆体具有促凝作用,且环境温度越高,这种促凝效果越显著,当阻锈剂掺量过多时,呈现显著的缓凝作用;阻锈剂可提高水泥胶砂早期抗压强度6.4%~14.2%,而对长期强度影响不显著;减水剂与阻锈剂复掺对不同类型水泥浆体凝结时间的影响并不是各组分作用效果的简单叠加,其耦合作用机理有待进一步研究。本研究成果为有机阻锈剂在管片混凝土中的应用提供参考。
To evaluate the effect of organic rust inhibitors on the workability and mechanical properties of cement-based materials for pipe segments,the compatibility between four types of cement,three types of organic rust inhibitors,and three types of water reducers was studied.The influence of rust inhibitors on indicators such as water consumption for cement standard consistency,time expansion,setting time,and compressive strength of mortar was explored,as well as the changes in setting time of cement slurry with rust inhibitors under different environmental temperature conditions.The results show that the compatibility between different types of rust inhibitor and cement slurry is not the same,which is affected by the type of cement and water reducing agent.Rust inhibitors have a promoting effect on cement slurry,and the higher the ambient temperature,the more significant this promoting effect becomes.When the amount of rust inhibitor is too high,it exhibits a significant retarding effect.Rust inhibitors can increase the early compressive strength of cement mortar by 6.4%to 14.2%,but have no significant effect on long-term strength.The effect of the combination of water reducing agents and rust inhibitors on the setting time of different types of cement slurries is not a simple superposition of the effects of each component,and its coupling mechanism needs further research.This research provides a reference for the application of organic rust inhibitors in concrete pipe segments.
