摘要 以新加坡市区N112高架节段悬拼桥梁施工为例,介绍了一种能够适应大跨度、小曲线桥梁对称悬拼施工的LG125节段悬拼架桥机设计。本设计的最大特点在于改变了在施工中架桥机主梁必须水平的作业模式,而采用了主梁与所施工桥梁平行(随坡就坡)的设计理念,突出体现了在大跨度大纵坡工况下支腿结构简化、整机重心低、纵横向稳定性好的优势。并重点介绍了25 m大悬臂吊重、双幅桥梁施工以及首末孔整体高位落梁施工工艺,详细描述了可互换拆装主梁、齿条纵移驱动系统、主桁架固定LOOP装置、二次保护装置等关键设计及功能。该设计为城市节段桥梁的架设提供了一种高效且灵活的解决方案,提升了架桥机的安全性和施工效率。 Taking N112 viaduct bridge segmental cantilever erection construction in Singapore as an example,the design of launching gantry LG125 for segmental cantilever erection,which can adapt to the symmetrical suspension construction of longspan and small-curve bridges,is introduced.The biggest feature of this design is to change the operation mode that the main beam of the launching gantry must be horizontal during construction,and the design concept of the main beam and the bridge under construction is parallel(following varying slope),which highlights the advantages of simplified leg structure,low gravity of the launching gantry and good vertical and horizontal stability under the working condition of large-span and longitudinal slope.This paper focuses on the 25m cantilever load,the construction of double-span bridge and the construction technology of the several segments drop-in of the first and last span,and describes in detail the key design and functions of the interchangeable dismounting main beam,rack longitudinal drive system,the fixed LOOP device of the main truss,and the secondary protection device.The design provides an efficient and flexible solution for the erection of urban segmental bridges,and improves the safety and construction efficiency of bridge erecting machines.
