摘要
汕头湾海底隧道具有地质条件复杂、刀具异常磨损严重等问题,基于现场监测数据,对3种典型地层的刀具磨损及失效特征进行统计分析,研究刀具磨损与掘进速率、安装半径之间的相关关系。结果表明:3种地层中磨损失效数量最多的为边缘双刃滚刀,其次为边缘单刃滚刀,数量最少的为正面双刃滚刀;在上软下硬地层中,偏磨与正常磨损的比例大致相同,在断层破碎带中,偏磨约为正常磨损的2.5倍,在硬质岩层中,偏磨、正常磨损和严重磨损的比例大致相近;结合刀具的磨损失效规律,提出了包括安装刀具监测传感器、调整刀具和轴承设备参数、刀具管理和预爆破的减磨施工优化措施。
The Shantou Bay Subsea Tunnel has complex geological conditions and severe abnormal tool wear.Based on on-site monitoring data,statistical analysis was conducted on the tool wear and failure characteristics of three typical strata to study the correlation between tool wear,excavation rate,and installation radius.The results showed that among the three formations,the edge double-edged roller cutter had the highest number of wear failures,followed by the edge single blade roller cutter,and the front double-edged roller cutter had the lowest number.In the upper soft and lower hard strata,the ratio of eccentric wear to normal wear is roughly the same.In fault fracture zones,eccentric wear is about 2.5 times that of normal wear.In hard rock layers,the ratio of eccentric wear,normal wear,and severe wear is roughly similar.Based on the wear and failure law of cutting tools,optimization measures for reducing wear during construction are proposed,including installing tool monitoring sensors,adjusting tool and bearing equipment parameters,tool management,and pre blasting.
