摘要
大漂石地层具有离散性、强透水性、易扰动坍塌、抗压强度高等特点,导致施工的复杂性和不确定性较高,为探究该地层掘进参数的相关性,通过线性回归分析对大漂石地层的盾构掘进参数进行了系统的线性模拟与区间预测。结果表明:(1)对于大漂石地层,刀盘扭矩与土舱土压(左上)、推进油缸总推力、推进平均速度的相关性以及土舱土压与推进平均速度的相关性较好,大致呈线性变化,且回归效果显著,具有较好的实用价值;(2)线性回归分析的区间预测结果准确度较高,但可能在遭遇大漂石、刀具磨损以及地质变化等情况下出现离群点。
The large boulder stratum is characterized by discreteness,strong permeability,susceptibility to disturbance and collapse,and high compressive strength,which contribute to the high complexity and uncertainty in construction.To explore the correlation of tunneling parameters within this stratum,systematic linear simulation and interval prediction of shield tunneling parameters were conducted using linear regression analysis.The results indicate that:(1)in the large boulder stratum,there is a good correlation between the cutterhead torque and the earth pressure of the soil chamber(upper left),the cutterhead torque and the total thrust of the propulsion cylinder,and the cutterhead torque and the average propulsion speed.Additionally,a good correlation exists between the earth pressure of the soil chamber and the average propulsion speed.These parameters exhibit linear changes,and the regression effect is significant,offering good practical value.(2)The interval prediction results from linear regression analysis are more accurate,but outliers may occur in cases involving large boulders,tool wear,and geological changes.
