摘要
超高性能混凝土是一种新型高性能水泥基复合材料,为推动其应用发展,以梯形轨枕为应用场景,结合材料和结构形式的研究,研发出一种超高性能混凝土水沟盖板,对其力学性能开展了试验研究,并与普通混凝土盖板进行了对比分析。研究结果表明,超高性能混凝土盖板具有明显的弹性阶段、屈服阶段和塑性破坏特征,其开裂荷载大于3倍设计荷载值;与普通混凝土盖板相比,超高性能混凝土盖板不仅质量大幅减轻、制作工艺简单,而且具有较高的承载能力储备和弹塑性变形能力。
Ultra-high performance concrete is a new type of cement-based composite material with high performance.In order to promote its application,this paper developed a kind of ultra-high performance concrete ditch cover in trapezoidal sleeper as the application scenario,combined with the research of materials and structural forms,carried out experimental research on its mechanical properties,and compared it with ordinary concrete ditch cover.The results show that the ultra-high performance concrete ditch cover has obvious characteristics of elastic stage,yield stage and plastic failure,and the cracking load is more than 3 times the design load value.Compared with ordinary concrete ditch cover,ultra-high performance concrete ditch cover not only the quality is greatly reduced and the production process is simple,but also has a higher bearing capacity reserve and elastoplastic deformation capacity.
