手术室保温护理联合疼痛护理在下肢骨折患者中的应用效果

Application effect of operating room heat preservation nursing combined with pain nursing in patients with lower limb fractures

目的探讨手术室保温护理联合疼痛护理在下肢骨折患者中的应用效果。方法于2021年2月至2023年3月,共纳入92例在东南大学附属中大医院接受治疗的下肢骨折患者作为研究对象。将患者分为对照组(46例)和研究组(46例),采用的分组方法为随机数字表法。2组患者均接受常规护理及疼痛护理,对照组加用常规保温措施,研究组加用手术室保温护理。比较2组患者的体温、疼痛程度、凝血功能、寒战发生情况和并发症发生情况。结果手术30 min、手术60 min和手术完成时,研究组的体温均高于同期对照组(P均<0.05)。术后6 h和24 h,与同一时间对照组的视觉模拟评分法评分相比,研究组均更低(P均<0.05)。护理2 d后,组间活化部分凝血活酶时间、凝血酶原时间及凝血酶时间经比较,研究组均更长(P均<0.05);组间纤维蛋白原水平经比较,研究组更低(P<0.05)。研究组的寒战和并发症总发生率均低于对照组(P均<0.05)。结论手术室保温护理联合疼痛护理可缓解下肢骨折患者的疼痛程度,维持其体温和凝血功能稳定,并减少寒战和并发症的发生。

Objective To explore the application effect of operating room heat preservation nursing combined with pain nursing in patients with lower limb fractures.Methods From February 2021 to March 2023,a total of 92 patients with lower limb fractures who received treatment at Zhongda Hospital Affiliated to Southeast University were included as the study subjects.The patients were divided into a control group(46 cases)and a research group(46 cases)using a random number table method.Both groups of patients received routine care and pain nursing.In addition,the control group received routine heat preservation measures,while the research group received operating room heat preservation nursing.The body temperature,pain degree,coagulation function,occurrence of shivering,and incidence of complications were compared between the two groups.Results At 30 minutes,60 minutes,and upon completion of the surgery,the body temperature of the research group was higher than that of the control group during the same period(all P<0.05).At 6 and 24 hours after surgery,compared with the Visual Analogue Scale scores of the control group at the same time,the research group had lower scores(both P<0.05).After 2 days of nursing,the activated partial thromboplastin time,prothrombin time,and thrombin time between groups were compared and found to be longer in the research group(all P<0.05),and the fibrinogen levels between groups were compared and found to be lower in the research group(P<0.05).The total incidence of shivering and complications in the research group was lower than that in the control group(both P<0.05).Conclusion Operating room heat preservation nursing combined with pain nursing can alleviate the pain level of patients with lower limb fractures,maintain stable body temperature and coagulation function,and reduce the occurrence of shivering and complications.
