摘要
目的探讨基于知信行模式的健康教育及精细化护理在阻塞性睡眠呼吸暂停综合征患者中的应用效果。方法选择2021年5月至2023年5月南华大学附属第二医院睡眠医学科住院部收治的106例阻塞性睡眠呼吸暂停综合征患者,使用随机数字表分法分为各53例的2组,对照组给予常规护理,研究组在对照组方法的基础上实施基于知信行模式的健康教育联合精细化护理,比较2组的干预效果。结果干预1个月后,研究组的多导睡眠监测各项指标、匹兹堡睡眠质量指数量表各项评分、蒙特利尔认知功能测量表各项评分和生存质量量表各项评分均优于对照组(P均<0.05),且2组的上述情况均优于干预前(P均<0.05)。结论基于知信行模式的健康教育及精细化护理有助于改善阻塞性睡眠呼吸暂停综合征患者的睡眠情况,帮助其提升疾病认知水平,提高其生活质量。
Objective To explore the application effect of health education and refined nursing based on the knowledge,attitude and practice model in patients with obstructive sleep apnea syndrome.Methods A total of 106 patients with obstructive sleep apnea syndrome admitted to the Sleep Medicine Department of the Second Affiliated Hospital,University of South China from May 2021 to May 2023 were randomly divided into two groups using a random number table method,with 53 patients in each group.The control group received routine care,while the study group received health education combined with refined nursing based on the knowledge,attitude and practice model on the basis of the control group's method.The intervention effects of the two groups were compared.Results After one month of intervention,the study group's multi-channel sleep monitoring indicators,Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Index scores,Montreal Cognitive Assessment Scale scores,and quality of life scale scores were all better than those of the control group(all P<0.05),and the above situations in both groups were better than before intervention(all P<0.05).Conclusion Health education and refined nursing based on the knowledge,attitude and practice model can help improve the sleep conditions of patients with obstructive sleep apnea syndrome,enhance their disease awareness,and improve their quality of life.
