铜砭刮痧联合推拿按摩在肝阳上亢型高血压患者中的应用效果

The application effect of copper needle scraping combined with massage in patients with upper hyperactivity of liver yang type hypertension

目的探讨铜砭刮痧联合推拿按摩在肝阳上亢型高血压患者中的应用效果。方法选择2020年8月至2022年8月在深圳市龙华区人民医院就诊的124例肝阳上亢型高血压患者,将所有患者按1∶1比例随机分配入对照组和观察组,各62例。对照组患者给予常规干预,观察组在对照组方法的基础上实施早期铜砭刮痧联合推拿按摩护理。比较2组患者的血压水平、中医临床症状积分、血脂水平、睡眠质量及中医症状疗效。结果干预1个月后,组间收缩压、舒张压、中医临床症状积分、匹兹堡睡眠质量指数,以及甘油三酯、总胆固醇水平经对比,均显示为观察组相对更低(P均<0.05),且2组均较干预前改善(P均<0.05);观察组的总有效率明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论铜砭刮痧联合推拿按摩应用于肝阳上亢型高血压患者中疗效确切,可降低患者的血压和血脂水平,改善临床症状与睡眠质量。

Objective To explore the application effect of copper needle scraping combined with massage in patients with upper hyperactivity of liver yang type hypertension.Methods A total of 124 patients with upper hyperactivity of liver yang type hypertension who received treatment at Shenzhen Longhua District People's Hospital from August 2020 to August 2022 were selected.All patients were randomly assigned to a control group and an observation group in a 1∶1 ratio,with 62 patients in each group.The patients in the control group received routine intervention,while the patients in the observation group received early copper needle scraping combined with massage care based on the control group's method.The blood pressure level,TCM clinical symptom score,blood lipid level,sleep quality,and TCM symptom efficacy were compared between the two groups.Results After one month of intervention,the comparison of systolic blood pressure,diastolic blood pressure,TCM clinical symptom score,Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Index and triglyceride,total cholesterol level between the two groups showed that the observation group was relatively lower(all P<0.05),and both groups improved compared to before intervention(all P<0.05).The total effective rate of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The combination of copper needle scraping and massage has a definite therapeutic effect on patients with upper hyperactivity of liver yang type hypertension,which can reduce blood pressure and blood lipid levels,and improve clinical symptoms and sleep quality.
