基于社会网络分析法与TOPSIS法的中国老年人健康信息素养困境分析及思考

Analysis and Consideration of Health Information Literacy Dilemma of Chinese Elderly People Based on Social Network Analysis and TOPSIS Method

目的:全面审视并识别中国老年人在健康信息素养领域所遭遇的主要挑战,期望为提升其健康信息素养提供切实可行的策略建议。方法:采用文献分析法并结合社会网络分析法对文献进行分析,运用TOPSIS法对基于社会网络分析法的结果进行量化分析,找出中国老年人健康信息素养困境的核心问题。结果:中国老年人对数字健康技术、数字信息等存在负面情绪、支持力度不足、健康信息利用能力不足、健康信息甄别能力不足、数字设备操作能力不足等核心问题。结论:纾解老年人对数字技术、数字信息等的负面情绪,增强支持体系,提高其健康信息素养,落实产品和服务的适老化改造,并强化政府的领导与监管职能是打破我国老年人健康信息素养困境的必要举措。

Objective To comprehensively examine and identify the main challenges encountered by Chinese elderly people in the field of health information literacy,and provide feasible strategies and suggestions for improving their health information litera-cy.Methods Literatures were analyzed by literature analysis and social network analysis method,and TOPSIS method was used to quantitatively analyze the results based on social network analysis,so as to find out the core problems of the health information lit-eracy dilemma of Chinese elderly people.Results The elderly in China have the core problems,such as negative emotions towards digital health technology and digital information,insufficient support,insufficient ability to use health information,insufficient a-bility to screen health information,and insufficient ability to operate digital equipment.Conclusion It is necessary measures to break the dilemma of health information literacy of the elderly in China,such as alleviating the negative emotions of the elderly on digital technology and digital information,strengthening the support system,improving their health information literacy,implemen-ting the aging transformation of products and services,and intensifying the governments leadership and supervision functions.
