含双馈风电的多区域微网采样负荷频率控制

摘要 双馈风电作为新能源被大量并网连接在微网系统中,其发电出力的不确定性严重影响了微网系统的频率稳定,为此提出了考虑H_(∞)性能指标的多区域微网采样负荷频率控制方法。首先,将双馈风电接入多区域微网模型的负荷位置,结合H_(∞)控制与采样控制,建立考虑H_(∞)性能指标的含双馈风电多区域微网采样负荷频率控制模型;其次,利用增广双边泛函和线性矩阵不等式,推导出了与采样周期和H_(∞)性能指标相关的稳定性判据和控制器参数的求解方法;最后,仿真结果验证了所提采样控制方法对外界扰动具有较强的鲁棒能力。 As a new energy source,doubly fed wind power is extensively connected to microgrid systems.The ncertainty of its power generation impacts the frequency stability of the microgrid system.A multi-regional microgrid sampling load frequency control method considering the H_(∞)performance index is proposed.Firstly,the doubly fed wind power is integrated into the load position of the multiregional microgrid model.By combining H_(∞)control with sampling control,a control model for doubly fed wind power multi-regional microgrid sampling load frequency that considers the H_(∞)performance index is established.Secondly,using the augmented bilateral Lyapunov function and linear matrix inequality(LMI)techniques,stability criteria and a method for solving controller parameters considering the sampling period and H_(∞)performance index are derived.Simulation results validate the strong robustness of the proposed sampling control method against external disturbances.
