A Comprehensive Analysis of New Quality Productive Forces

“发展新质生产力”作为2024年政府工作的首要任务,从其提出以来就备受国内外的关注和讨论。“新质生产力”不是空洞的政策口号,而是为解决新时代中国社会主要矛盾提出的重大战略举措,与“供给侧结构性改革”“高质量发展”“新发展格局”等战略政策一脉相承。与新质生产力相对应的“传统生产力”虽然带来了中国经济快速发展的奇迹,但也由于社会经济条件的改变导致新的经济问题,突出表现为供给体系不适应需求结构的变化。发展新质生产力就是要以科技创新为引领促进生产方式的变革,发展新兴产业创造出新型生产资料和消费资料,以数字技术变革改造传统产业,形成现代化产业体系并重塑生产关系,从而推动经济高质量发展。

As one of the top priorities of the Government's work in 2024,“developing new quality produc-tive forces”has attracted much attention and discussion.The“new quality productive forces”is not an empty policy slogan,but a major strategic initiative to solve the main contradictions facing Chinese society in the new era,and is in line with strategic policies such as“supply-side structural reform”“high-quality development”“new development pattern”and so on.Although the current productive forces have brought about the“China Miracle”,they have also led to new economic problems due to changes in socio-economic conditions,which are highlighted by the failure of the supply system to adapt to the changes in the demand structure.The development of new productive forces is to promote changes in the mode of production led by scientific and technological innovation,to develop new industries to create new means of production and consumption,to transform traditional industries through digital technological change,to form a modernized economy,and to reshape production relations,so as to promote the high-quality development of the economy.
