摘要
我国职业本科教育开展五年以来,在职业本科的界定,以及人才培养目标、人才培养模式等办学内涵的探索方面取得了显著的成绩。与此同时,职业本科教育也存在着人才培养类型与规格不明确、发展路径模糊、学科性与实践性研究不足等焦点问题。文章首先分析了职业本科的界定、办学内涵等职业本科近五年的关注热点;其次,对人才培养类型与规格、发展路径、学科性与实践性研究等焦点问题进行了解析,明确了职业本科在培养高层次技术技能人才过程中亟待加强的三个方面;最后,提出对职业教育未来发展的三点展望。以期为新时期高层次技术技能人才的多样化培养提供有益借鉴。
Significant achievements have been made in exploring the definition of undergraduate vocational education,as well as the educational goals and models for talent cultivation since the beginning of undergraduate vocational education in China over the past five years.At the same time,it also faces focal issues such as unclear types and specifications of talent cultivation,vague development paths,and insufficient disciplinary and practical research.The article first analyzes the hot topics of the vocational undergraduate education over the past five years,including its definition and the connotations of running a school.Secondly,it analyzes the focal issues of talent cultivation types and specifications,development paths,as well as disciplinary and practical research,clarifying the three aspects that need to be strengthened in the process of cultivating“high-level technical and skilled talents”in vocational undergraduate education.Finally,it puts forward three prospects for the future development of vocational education.The aim is to provide reference for the diversified cultivation of high-level technical and skilled talents in the new era.
