智能建造技术在装配式建筑EPC模式中的应用及碳排放研究

摘要 随着建筑工业化进程的不断推进,装配式建筑工期短,促节能,减污染的优势不断突显。以河南省某省直人才公寓省级重点项目为例,研究了智能建造技术在项目中的应用,分析了工程总承包(EPC)模式与传统承包模式下装配式建筑在设计、采购和施工阶段的优化方式及各阶段主体间协同合作方式的不同,并从生产、运输、资源消耗3个方面探讨了该项目的建造模式在碳减排方面的优势和效益。 With the continuous advancement of the process of building industrialization,the advantages of prefabricated buildings are gradually highlighted in terms of short schedule,energy conservation and low contamination.Taking a provincial key project of a provincial talent apartment in Henan Province as an example,it studies the application of intelligent construction technology in the project,analyzes the optimization methods of prefabricated buildings in the design,procurement and construction stages under the general contracting(EPC)mode and the traditional contracting mode,and the differences in the way of cooperation between the subjects in each stage,and discusses the advantages and benefits of the project′s construction mode in carbon emission reduction from three aspects of production,transportation and resource consumption.
