非遗与旅游深度融合推动中华民族共有精神家园的构筑

Facilitating a Comprehensive Integration of Intangible Cultural Heritage and Tourism to Build a Shared Spiritual Home for the Chinese Nation

作为中华优秀传统文化重要组成部分的非物质文化遗产,其与旅游的深度融合发展不仅能够促进非遗的活态化保护与创新性传承,也能够加强不同民族之间的交流和交融,强化民众的文化认同与国家认同,有利于让传统文化中蕴含的思想观念、人文精神成为增强国民精神动力的力量源泉,进一步推动中华民族共有精神家园的构筑。本文从“家”的概念、认同基础、时代内涵和文化共同体四个方面对非遗与旅游深度融合的精神内涵进行解析,并在此基础上提出以非遗与旅游深度融合推动中华民族共有精神家园构筑的现实路径,包括遴选符合中华优秀传统文化核心思想内涵的非遗项目,树立和突出各民族共享的中华文化符号和中华民族形象,构建非遗旅游情境中的多重文化叙事体系,凸显非遗项目的精神内涵以及宣传非遗旅游融合的综合效应,强化多元主体价值共创的家园意义等,以此推动各民族文化的传承保护和交融创新,增强各民族群众对中华文化的认同,为构筑中华民族共有精神家园赋予新的动能和现实成效。

This study posits that intangible cultural heritage(ICH)and its intrinsic connection to the traditional excellent cultural elements of China serve as foundational pillars in constructing a shared spiritual home for the Chinese nation.In light of the growing synergy between ICH and tourism,it is furthermore deemed imperative to make use of this momentum to promote the creative transformation and innovative development of excellent traditional Chinese culture in the context of strengthening the consciousness of Chinese national community in the new era,establish and highlight cultural symbols and images that resonate across diverse ethnic groups,and build a shared spiritual home for the Chinese nation.Starting with an overview of the emerging practices in ICH tourism,this article briefly reviews the development of“the integration between ICH and tourism”,and analyzes the implications of this integration from the following four aspects:Firstly,the ICH,deeply embedded in the everyday practices and cultures of communities,appears to be inherently linked to the notion of“home”in a spiritual world thus providing important support for building a shared spiritual home for the Chinese nation.Secondly,the ICH of multiple ethnic groups and regions embody shared Chinese cultural genes that showcase commonalities among China’s multifaceted cultural landscape;this paper views this as a qualified foundation for building a shared spiritual home for the Chinese nation.Thirdly,the integration of ICH and tourism not only creatively transforms and innovatively develops traditional Chinese culture,but also continuously injects meaning and vitality into the construction of a shared cultural space for the Chinese nation.Fourthly,this integration essentially is the construction of a cultural community,as well as a new field for shaping collective memory,enhancing cultural identity,and promoting the integration among various ethnic groups.Based on this,this article proposes several practical paths to promote the construction of a shared spiritual home for the Chinese nation through a deep integration of ICH and tourism.They include the following parts:1)Selecting ICH projects that conform to the core principles of excellent Chinese traditional culture and establishing a systematic catalog for the integrated development of ICH and tourism;2)constructing and highlighting Chinese cultural symbols that are universally recognized across all ethnic groups,and telling ICH stories to tourists related to the Chinese national community and the diversity in unity of Chinese civilization;3)establishing a multicultural narrative system within ICH tourism that accentuates the spiritual connotation of ICH projects,and build a superior cultural sharing space between hosts and guests;and 4)advocating for the comprehensive benefits of ICH and tourism integration,strengthening a sense of home cultivated by diverse stakeholders,and providing strategic suggestions to enhance the cohesive force and influence of excellent Chinese traditional culture.This article ultimately intends to promote the transmission,protection,integration,and innovation of diverse ethnic cultures,enhance their identification with excellent Chinese traditional culture,the Communist Party of China,and the nation,and provide new momentum for and the practical implementation of building a shared spiritual home for the Chinese nation in the new era.
