摘要
为了满足冶金齿轮箱在高负荷作业率下连续运转的要求,研发了轧机齿轮箱智能运维平台,该平台通过各类传感器收集设备运行状态数据,应用边缘计算采集设备、大数据分析等技术完成齿轮箱在服役周期内全过程运行数据的监控和管理,通过基于齿轮箱故障模型的设备健康状态管理子系统,实现设备故障状态识别和故障分析,并能为终端用户提供设备维护、维修和备件更换的数据支撑,该平台已成功应用于某1780 mm热连轧项目齿轮箱出厂试验,验证了其所有功能,实现了轧机齿轮箱的智能化运维。
In order to meet the requirements of continuous operation of metallurgical gearboxes under high load operation rates,an intelligent operation and maintenance platform for rolling mill gearboxes is developed.This platform collects equipment operational data through various sensors,applies edge computing,equipment acquisition,big data analysis technologies,etc.,to monitor and manage the full process operation data of gearboxes during their service life.Through the equipment health status management subsystem based on gearbox fault models,equipment fault state recognition and analysis can be achieved,and data support for equipment maintenance,repair,and spare parts replacement can be provided to end users.This platform has been successfully applied in the gearbox factory test of a certain 1780 mm hot rolling project,verifying all its functions and achieving the intelligent operation and maintenance of rolling mill gearboxes.
