摘要
以高端装备制造企业数字化运营管理平台为研究对象,分析了当前离散制造行业企业运营管理的现状和存在的问题,提出了相应的系统架构方案及流程优化策略。介绍了构建数字化运营管理平台营销系统案例,系统以实现售前、售中、售后全流程闭环管理为目标,售前打通线索、商机、投报价、合同评审等流程,售中实施动态管控合同收支和执行,售后建立以财务评价等要素构成的客户信用评价体系,为市场开发、客户管理、销售管理、决策管理赋能支撑,提高企业的核心竞争力。
With the rapid development of massive data,cloud computing,artificial intelligence and other technologies,high-end equipment manufacturing enterprises are facing the pressure and opportunity to carry out the intelligent and digital transformation.This paper takes the digital operation management platform of high-end equipment manufacturing enterprises as the research object,analyzes the current status and existing problems of the operation and management of enterprises in the discrete manufacturing industry,and proposes the corresponding system architecture scheme and process optimization strategy.By building a digital operation management platform and aiming at achieving the closed-loop management during the whole process of pre-sale,in-sale and after-sale,we can get through processes such as obtaining clues,business opportunities,bidding quotation and contract review before sale,implementing dynamic control of contract revenue and expenditure and execution during sale,and establishing a customer credit evaluation system composed of financial evaluation and other elements after sale,to provide support for market development,customer relationship management,sales management,decision-making management,and improve the core competitiveness of enterprises.
