摘要
为实现污水处理智能化运维,探索声音增强技术在工业污水处理厂自动控制中的应用。通过小波变换预处理、深度学习提取特征、模糊逻辑优化控制,构建一套声音反馈控制系统。实证测试表明,该方法可将工业污水处理厂的故障预警准确率提高至94.2%,故障诊断时间缩短至0.79 h,水质达标率提高19.3个百分点。
In order to realize intelligent operation and maintenance of sewage treatment,the application of sound enhancement technology in automatic control of industrial sewage treatment plant was explored.A sound feedback control system is constructed by wavelet transform preprocessing,deep learning feature extraction and fuzzy logic optimization control.The empirical test shows that the method can improve the fault warning accuracy of industrial wastewater treatment plant to 94.2%,shorten the fault diagnosis time to 0.79 h,and increase the water quality standard rate by 19.3 percentage points.
