血清CysC、Hcy、SOD、hs-CRP表达水平与急性脑梗死患者病情程度的相关性

摘要 目的探讨与分析急性脑梗死(acute cerebral infarction,ACI)患者血清胱抑素C(cystatin C,CysC)、同型半胱氨酸(homocysteine,Hcy)、超氧化物歧化酶(superoxide dismutase,SOD)、超敏C反应蛋白(hypersensitive C-reactive protein,hs-CRP)表达水平与病情程度的相关性。方法非随机选取2022年1—12月牡丹江医科大学附属红旗医院神经内科收治的200例ACI患者作为ACI组,按病情程度分组,轻度组150例、中度组28例、重度组22例。同时选取2022年1—12月在牡丹江医学院附属红旗医院进行健康体检的200名正常人群作为健康组。检测4组的血清CysC、Hcy、SOD、hs-CRP表达水平,并分析ACI患者病情程度和血清CysC、Hcy、SOD、hs-CRP表达水平之间的相关性。结果健康组与ACI组CysC、Hcy、SOD、hs-CRP水平比较,差异有统计学意义(P均<0.05)。轻度组、中度组、重度组CysC、Hcy、SOD、hs-CRP水平比较,差异有统计学意义(P均<0.05)。直线相关分析显示,ACI患者病情程度与血清CysC、Hcy、hs-CRP存在正相关、与SOD水平存在负相关性,差异有统计学意义(r=0.765、0.744、0.698、-0.718,P均<0.05)。结论ACI患者病情严重程度与血清CysC、Hcy、hs-CRP、SOD水平密切相关,早期检测血清CysC、Hcy、hs-CRP、SOD水平,可为对于ACI的诊断和防治提供参考。 Objective To investigate and analyze the correlation between the expression levels of serum Cystatin C(CysC),Homocysteine(Hcy),Superoxide dismutase(SOD),Hypersensitive C-reactive protein(hs-CRP)and the sever-ity of acute cerebral infarction(ACI).Methods A total of 200 ACI patients admitted to the Department of Neurology,Hongqi Hospital Affiliated to Mudanjiang Medical University from January to December 2022 were non-randomly se-lected as ACI group.According to the severity of the disease,they were divided into mild group(n=150),moderate group(n=28)and severe group(n=22).At the same time,200 normal people who underwent physical examination in Hongqi Hospital Affiliated to Mudanjiang Medical College from January to December 2022 were selected as the healthy group.The expression levels of serum CysC,Hcy,SOD and hs-CRP in the four groups were detected,and the correlation between the severity of ACI patients and the expression levels of serum CysC,Hcy,SOD and hs-CRP was analyzed.Results There were statistically significant differences in the comparison of CysC,Hcy,SOD,and hs-CRP levels between the healthy group and the ACI group(all P<0.05).There were statistically significant differences in the comparison of CysC,Hcy,SOD,and hs-CRP levels between the mild group,moderate group,and severe group(all P<0.05).Linear correlation analysis showed that the severity of ACI patients was positively correlated with serum CysC,Hcy and hs-CRP,and negatively correlated with SOD level,and the difference was statistically significant(r=0.765,0.744,0.698,-0.718,all P<0.05).Conclusion The severity of ACI patients is closely related to the levels of serum CysC,Hcy,hs-CRP and SOD.Early detection of serum CysC,Hcy,hs-CRP and SOD levels can provide reference for the diagnosis and prevention of ACI.
