肺康复对急性重症脑损伤机械通气患者治疗效果的研究

Study on the Therapeutic Effect of Pulmonary Rehabilitation on Mechani⁃cally Ventilated Patients with Acute Severe Brain Injury

摘要 目的分析急性重症脑损伤机械通气患者使用肺康复治疗的效果。方法非随机选取2021年9月—2023年8月滕州市中医医院收治的70例急性重症脑损伤机械通气患者为研究对象。按治疗方法分为两组,每组35例。对照组接受常规治疗,观察组在常规治疗基础上接受肺康复治疗。比较两组膈肌移动度、肺功能指标水平。结果治疗后,观察组膈肌移动度(1.68±0.10)cm大于对照组的(1.56±0.12)cm,差异有统计学意义(t=4.545,P<0.05)。观察组肺功能指标优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P均<0.05)。结论对急性重症脑损伤机械通气患者施以肺康复治疗效果良好,可提升膈肌移动度,改善肺功能。 Objective To analyze the effects of using pulmonary rehabilitation in mechanically ventilated patients with acute severe brain injury.Methods Seventy cases of patients with acute severe brain injury on mechanical ventilation admitted to Tengzhou Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from September 2021 to August 2023 were nonrandomly selected as study subjects.They were divided into two groups according to the treatment method,with thirtyfive cases in each group.The control group received conventional treatment,and the observation group received pul⁃monary rehabilitation on the basis of conventional treatment.Compared the level of diaphragm mobility and lung func⁃tion indexes of the two groups.Results After treatment,the diaphragm mobility of the observation group(1.68±0.10)cm was higher than(1.56±0.12)cm in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(t=4.545,P<0.05).The lung function indexes of the observation group were better than those of the control group,and the differ⁃ences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).Conclusion Pulmonary rehabilitation administered to mechanically ventilated patients with acute severe brain injury is effective in enhancing diaphragmatic mobility and improving lung function.
