普拉洛芬滴眼液联合奥洛他定滴眼液治疗过敏性结膜炎的效果分析

Analysis of the Therapeutic Effect of Praprofen Combined with Olotadine in Patients with Allergic Conjunctivitis

目的分析过敏性结膜炎(allergic conjunctivitis,AC)患者在奥洛他定滴眼液的基础上联用普拉洛芬滴眼液的效果。方法非随机选取2022年7月—2023年6月单县东大医院收治的90例AC患者为研究对象,按治疗方式不同分为两组,对照组(n=45)患者接受奥洛他定滴眼液治疗,研究组(n=45)在对照组基础上联用普拉洛芬滴眼液治疗,对比两组的治疗效果、免疫球蛋白水平以及不良反应发生情况。结果研究组的总有效率为95.56%(43/45),高于对照组的80.00%(36/45),差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=5.075,P<0.05)。与对照组相比,研究组的免疫球蛋白水平更低,差异有统计学意义(P均<0.05)。两组不良反应发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论采用奥洛他定与普拉洛芬联合滴眼治疗AC的疗效可靠,能够有效改善免疫球蛋白指标,且安全性较高。

Objective To analyze the effect of olopatadine eye drops combined with praprofen eye drops in patients with allergic conjunctivitis(AC).Methods A total of ninety patients with AC admitted to Dongda Hospital of Shanxian from July 2022 to June 2023 were non-randomly selected as study subjects and divided into two groups according to different treatment methods.The control group(n=45)received olopatadine eye drops,while the study group(n=45)re⁃ceived pralofen eye drops on the basis of control group.The therapeutic effects,immunoglobulin levels and adverse re⁃actions were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate of the study group was 95.56%(43/45),which was higher than 80.00%(36/45)of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=5.075,P<0.05).Compared with the control group,the level of immunoglobulin in the study group were lower,and the differ⁃ences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reac⁃tions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion The combination of olopatadine and praloprofen in the treatment of AC is effective and safe,and can effectively improve the immunoglobulin index.
