地塞米松联合左氧氟沙星治疗化脓性中耳炎的临床效果研究

Clinical Effect of Dexamethasone Combined with Levofloxacin in the Treatment of Suppurative Otitis Media

目的探究地塞米松联合左氧氟沙星治疗化脓性中耳炎的临床效果。方法目的选取兵团四师医院于2023年1—6月收治的60例化脓性中耳炎患者为研究对象,按治疗方案不同分为两组,各30例,对比组实施单一左氧氟沙星滴耳液治疗模式,探析组联合地塞米松注射液与左氧氟沙星治疗,对比两组的治疗效果、不良反应发生情况、炎症反应以及病症改善时间。结果探析组的总有效率为96.67%(29/30),高于对比组的73.33%(22/30),差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=6.405,P<0.05)。探析组各项病症改善时间均短于对比组,炎症指标均优于对比组,差异有统计学意义(P均<0.05)。探析组不良反应总发生率低于对比组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对于化脓性中耳炎疾病患者而言,地塞米松联合左氧氟沙星联合治疗方案的疗效较好,可有效降低炎症反应,改善临床病症,促进患者听力水平尽快恢复,且不良反应较少,治疗安全性高。

Objective To explore the clinical effect of dexamethasone combined with levofloxacin in the treatment of suppurative otitis media.Methods Sixty patients with suppurative otitis media admitted to the Fourth Division Hospi⁃tal of the Corps from January to June 2023 were objectively selected as the study objects,and were divided into two groups according to different treatment plans,with thirty cases in each group.The comparison group was treated with single levofloxacin ear drops,and the analysis group was treated with dexamethasone injection and levofloxacin.The therapeutic effects,adverse reactions,inflammatory reactions and the time to improvement of symptoms were com⁃pared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate of the analysis group was 96.67%(29/30),which was higher than 73.33%(22/30)of the comparison group,and the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=6.405,P<0.05).The improvement time of various diseases in the analysis group were shorter than that in the comparison group,and the inflammatory indexes were better than those in the comparison group,the differences were statistically signifi⁃cant(all P<0.05).The total incidence of adverse reaction of the analysis group was lower than that of the comparison group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion For patients with suppurative otitis media disease,dexamethasone combined with levofloxacin has a good effect,which can effectively reduce inflammation,im⁃prove clinical symptoms,and promote the recovery of patients'hearing level as soon as possible,with fewer adverse re⁃actions and high treatment safety.
