肾功能不全患者血液检验的临床价值

Clinical Application Value of Blood Test for Patients with Renal Insuffi⁃ciency

目的分析肾功能不全患者行血液检验的临床价值。方法回顾性选取2021年6月—2023年6月在莱西市市立医院进行肾功能不全治疗的96例患者的临床资料为肾功能不全组,另选取96名体检健康者为对照组,并将肾功能不全患者组按疾病严重程度分为1~5期,对比各组的生化检验结果。结果肾功能不全组患者血清肌酐清除率为(15.24±3.55)%,低于对照组的(20.55±3.47)%,尿素氮(20.24±2.48)mol/L、血清肌酐(495.58±22.56)µmol/L、血清胱抑素C(1.82±0.48)mg/L均高于对照组(7.58±3.42)mol/L、(45.61±22.37)µmol/L、(0.94±0.52)mg/L,差异有统计学意义(t=10.480、29.362、138.769、12.183,P均<0.05)。随严重程度增加,患者的血清肌酐清除率降低,尿素氮、血清肌酐、血清胱抑素C升高,不同分期患者生化检验结果对比,差异有统计学意义(P均<0.05)。结论血液检验对于肾功能不全患者疾病早期治疗具备参考价值,有利于患者的疾病进展及疗效评估。

Objective To analyze the clinical application value of blood test in patients with renal insufficiency.Methods Clinical data of ninety-six patients who received renal insufficiency treatment in Laixi Municipal Hospital from June 2021 to June 2023 were retrospectively selected as renal insufficiency group,and ninety-six healthy sub⁃jects were selected as control group,and the patients with renal insufficiency were divided into stages 1~5 according to the severity of the disease,and the biochemical test results of each group were compared.Results The serum creati⁃nine clearance rate of patients with renal insufficiency was(15.24±3.55)%,which was lower than(20.55±3.47)%of control group,and urea nitrogen was(20.24±2.48)mol/L,serum creatinine was(495.58±22.56)µmol/L and serum cys⁃tatin C was(1.82±0.48)mg/L,which were higher than(7.58±3.42)mol/L,(45.61±22.37)µmol/L and(0.94±0.52)mg/L in control group,the differences were statistically significant(t=10.480,29.362,138.769,12.183,all P<0.05).With the increase of severity,the serum creatinine clearance rate of patients decreased,and urea nitrogen,serum creatinine and serum cystatin C increased,the biochemical test results of patients with different stages were compared,and the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).Conclusion Blood test has reference value for the early treat⁃ment of patients with rennal insufficiency disease,and is conducive to the disease progression and efficacy evaluation of patients.
