摘要
目的探究在哮喘患儿使用孟鲁司特的临床效果。方法非随机选取2023年3月—2024年3月盐城市第一人民医院收治的128例哮喘患儿为研究对象,根据具体治疗方式不同分为比照组和实践组,每组64例,比照组行布地奈德治疗,实践组加用孟鲁司特治疗。比较两组的临床疗效、炎症水平、肺功能及恢复时间。结果实践组总有效率为96.88%(62/64),高于比照组的84.38%(54/64),差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=5.885,P<0.05)。实践组炎症指标水平优于比照组,差异有统计学意义(P均<0.05)。实践组肺功能指标优于比照组,差异有统计学意义(P均<0.05)。实践组的临床症状恢复时间短于比照组,差异有统计学意义(P均<0.05)。结论孟鲁司特能有效缩短哮喘患儿恢复时间,有助于减轻炎症反应,提升患儿肺功能和治疗有效性。
Objective To explore the clinical effect of montelukast in children with asthma.Methods A total of 128 children with asthma admitted to Yancheng First People's Hospital from March 2023 to March 2024 were nonrandomly selected as the study subjects.According to the different treatment methods,they were divided into compari⁃son group and practice group,64 cases in each group.The comparison group received budesonide treatment,and the practice group received montelukast treatment.The clinical efficacy,inflammation level,lung function and recovery time of the two groups were compared.Results The total effective rate of the practice group was 96.88%(62/64),which was higher than 84.38%(54/64)of the comparison group,and the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=5.885,P<0.05).The level of inflammation index in practice group were better than those in comparison group,and the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).The pulmonary function indexes of the practice group were better than those of the comparison group,and the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).The recovery time of clinical symptoms in practice group was shorter than that in comparison group,and the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).Conclusion Montelukast can effectively shorten the recovery time of children with asthma,help to reduce inflammation,improve lung function and treatment effectiveness.
