微型种植体支抗在口腔正畸患者中的应用效果分析

摘要 目的分析微型种植体支抗(microimplant anchorage,MIA)在错颌畸形患者口腔正畸治疗中的应用情况。方法非随机选取2022年2月—2023年1月于莘县中心医院进行口腔正畸治疗的90例错颌畸形患者作为研究对象,按治疗方法不同分组。对照组(45例)患者采取常规口腔正畸,研究组(45例)采用MIA进行口腔正畸。对两组疗效、上中切牙的倾角差、凸距差、磨牙移位情况、咀嚼功能、咬合力以及不良反应进行比较。结果研究组总有效率为95.56%(43/45),高于对照组的80.00%(36/45),差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=5.075,P<0.05)。与对照组相比,研究组上中切牙倾角差、凸距差更高,磨牙移位更低,差异有统计学意义(P均<0.05)。与对照组相比,研究组咀嚼率、咬合力更高,差异有统计学意义(P均<0.05)。研究组不良反应发生率与对照组相比更低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论错颌畸形患者使用MIA进行口腔正畸效果确切,可以增强患者的咀嚼功能与咬合力,降低正畸不良反应风险。 Objective To analyze the effectiveness of using micro implant support for orthodontic treatment in patients with malocclusion.Methods From February 2022 to January 2023,ninety patients with malocclusion who underwent orthodontic treatment in Shenxian Central Hospital were non-randomly selected as the research objects and divided into two groups by different treatment methods.The control group(forty-five cases)received routine orthodontic treat⁃ment,while the study group(forty-five cases)received orthodontic treatment using micro implant anchorage.Com⁃pared the efficacy,tooth anatomy,chewing function and bite force,as well as adverse reactions in two groups.Results The total effective rate was 95.56%(43/45)in the research group,higher than the control group's 80.00%(46/45),the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=5.075,P<0.05).Compared with the control group,the study group had higher inclination and protrusion differences of the upper central incisors,and lower molar displacement,the differ⁃ences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).Compared with the control group,the study group had higher chewing rate and bite force,the differences were statistically significant(both P<0.05).The adverse reactions in the study group was lower than that of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The use of micro implant anchorage for orthodontic treatment in patients with malocclusion has a definite effect,can effec⁃tively enhance chewing function and bite force,reduce the risk of adverse reactions.
