意向性再植术在牙髓根尖周病及牙周病中的应用

The application of intentional replantation in the treatment of apical periodontitis and periodontal diseases

随着人们保留天然牙的意愿越来越强烈,对部分以往考虑拔除的患牙,意向性再植逐渐成为临床医师考虑的替代治疗方案之一。意向性再植即有目的地拔除患牙,并在体外处理牙齿后,将牙齿重新植入原有牙槽窝。虽然报道的成功率有所差异,但已有越来越多的医师有意愿尝试意向性再植。然而,对病因不同(如牙髓根尖周病和牙周病)的患牙,选择再植时应考虑的因素、再植处理中的注意事项、愈合机制与预后也不尽相同。因此,该综述旨在简要概述和探讨意向性再植术在牙髓根尖周病和牙周病患牙中的区别。

With the increasing desire to preserve natural teeth,intentional replantation has gradually become one of the alternative treatment options considered by clinicians for teeth previously deemed to be extracted.Intentional replantation involves the purposeful extraction of a tooth,followed by extraoral treatment of the tooth,and then replanting it back into its original alveolar socket.Although reported success rates vary,an increasing number of practitioners are willing to attempt intentional replantation.However,the factors to consider when selecting teeth for replantation,as well as the precautions during the replantation process,healing mechanisms,and prognosis,differ depending on the underlying pathologies,such as apical periodontitis and periodontal disease.Therefore,this review aims to briefly summarize and discuss the differences in the application of intentional replantation in teeth affected by apical periodontitis and periodontal disease.
