神经导航联合神经内镜在治疗高血压脑出血患者中的应用效果

摘要 目的探索神经导航联合神经内镜在治疗高血压脑出血患者中的应用效果。方法回顾性纳入2020年9月至2023年9月期间本院收治的86例高血压脑出血患者资料,按照不同的治疗方式划分为观察组(神经导航联合神经内镜)和对照组(微创血肿穿刺引流术)各43例,分析其临床效果。结果观察组手术时间(135.87±15.69)min较对照组(117.32±13.17)min长,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组出血量(120.54±16.34)mL少于对照组(142.62±18.28)mL,住院时间(10.58±2.19)d较对照组(13.05±2.44)d短,血肿清除率(93.57±2.54)%高于对照组(86.97±2.28)%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);术前两组GCS和ADL评分无明显差异;术后3个月观察组GCS评分均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组并发症发生率(2.33%)低于对照组(18.60%),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论神经导航联合神经内镜技术在高血压脑出血治疗中展现出显著的优势,其精准性、微创性和高效性等特点可以提高手术效果及术后生活质量。 Objective To explore the application effect of neuronavigation combined with neuroendoscopy in the treatment of hypertensive intracerebral hemorrhage patients.Methods A retrospective study was conducted on 86 patients with hypertensive intracerebral hemorrhage admitted to our hospital from September 2020 to September 2023.According to different treatment methods,they were divided into an observation group(neuronavigation combined with neuroendoscopy)and a control group(minimally invasive hematoma puncture and drainage surgery),with 43 cases in each group.The clinical effects were analyzed.Results The surgical time in the observation group(135.87±15.69)minutes was longer than that in the control group(117.32±13.17)minutes,and the difference was significant(P<0.05).The observation group had less bleeding volume(120.54±16.34)mL than the control group(142.62±18.28)mL,shorter hospital stay(10.58±2.19)days,and higher hematoma clearance rate(93.57±2.54)%than the control group(86.97±2.28)%,with statistical significance(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in preoperative GCS and ADL scores between the two groups.After 3 months of surgery,the GCS and ADL scores in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group with significant differences(P<0.05).The incidence of complications in the observation group(2.33%)was lower than that in the control group(18.60%),and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The combination of neuronavigation and neuroendoscopy technology has shown significant advantages in the treatment of hypertensive intracerebral hemorrhage.Its precision,minimally invasive,and high efficiency can improve surgical outcomes and postoperative quality of life.
