基于数据挖掘探讨含虫类药处方治疗阳痿的用药规律

Discussion on the medication regularity of insect-containing drugs prescriptions in the treatment of erectile dysfunction based on data mining

目的基于数据挖掘探讨含虫类药处方治疗阳痿的用药规律。方法检索中国知网、维普数据库、万方数据库自创刊以来所有治疗阳痿的含虫类药处方,统计用药频次及性味归经,并进行关联规则分析、复杂网络可视化、聚类分析。结果筛选出治疗阳痿的含虫类药处方518首,涵盖中药297味,包含虫类药48味,最高使用频次为虫类药蜈蚣。处方药物大多性温,味甘、苦,入肝、肾经。关联规则分析得到6对关联组合,核心药物为蜈蚣、淫羊藿、当归等。对处方中前30位高频次药物进行系统聚类分析得到8类药物组合。结论治疗阳痿的虫类药用药以咸、温为主,多从肝肾入手,治以疏肝理气、活血化瘀、补肾填精,攻补兼施从而增强疗效。

Objective To explore the medication regularity of insect-containing drugs prescriptions in the treatment of erectile dysfunction based on data mining.Methods The prescriptions of insect-containing drugs in the treatment of erectile dysfunction were searched in CNKI,VIP and Wanfang since database establishment,and the statistics of drug frequency and taste meridian tropism were analyzed,association rule analysis,complex network visualization and cluster analysis were carried out.Results A total of 518 prescriptions of insect-containing drugs in the treatment of erectile dysfunction were screened out,involving 297 kinds of traditional Chinese medicine,of which 48 were insect drugs,and the most frequently used was centipede.Most of the prescription drugs were warm,sweet and bitter,and entered the liver and kidney meridians.The association rule analysis revealed 6 pairs of related combinations,with core drugs including centipede,epimedium,and angelica.Systematic cluster analysis of the top 30 frequently used drugs in prescriptions identified 8 categories of drug combinations.Conclusions Insect drugs for the treatment of erectile dysfunction are mainly salty and warm,starting from the liver and kidney.Treatment strategies include soothing the liver and regulating Qi,activating blood circulation and removing blood stasis,and nourishing the kidneys and replenishing essence,attacking and tonifying at the same time to enhance the curative effect.
