摘要
目的 分析对冠心病不稳定型心绞痛患者实施尼可地尔联合瑞舒伐他汀治疗的临床价值.方法 收集与整理本院心内科在2023年1月-2023年12月期间收治的71例冠心病不稳定型心绞痛患者的临床资料,使用简单随机化分组法将其分成两组,参照组35例给予瑞舒伐他汀治疗,治疗组36例联合尼可地尔治疗,比较两组不稳定型心绞痛患者的临床疗效.结果 两组治疗后,治疗组的心绞痛发作次数、心绞痛持续时间、内皮素-1、生长分化因子-15、TG、TC低于参照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);而治疗组的组织型纤溶酶原激活物、左室射血分数高于参照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论 尼可地尔联合瑞舒伐他汀治疗冠心病不稳定型心绞痛的疗效十分明显,能改善患者的血管内皮功能,降低和稳定机体的血脂、心功能指标,促进患者预后.
Objective To analyze the clinical value of nicodil combined with rosuvastatin in the treatment of patients with unstable angina pectoris of coronary heart disease.Methods The clinical data of 71 patients with unstable angina pectoris with coronary heart disease admitted to the Department of Cardiology of our hospital from January 2023 to December 2023 were collected and collated.They were divided into two groups by simple randomized grouping method,35 patients in the reference group were treated with rosuvastatin,and 36 patients in the treatment group were treated with nicodil.The clinical efficacy of the two groups of patients with unstable angina pectoris was compared.Results After treatment,the frequency of angina attacks,angina duration,endothelin-l,growth dfferentiation factor-15,TG and TC in the treatment group were lower than those in the reference group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The tissue type plasminogen activator and left ventricular ejection fraction in the treatment group were higher than those in the reference group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conc lusion Nicodil combined with rosuvastatin has obvious efficacy in the treatment of unstable angina pectoris of coronary heart disease,which can improve the vascular endothelial function,reduce and stabilize the body's blood lipids and cardiac function indexes,and promote the prognosis of patients.
