摘要
目的 研究心脏彩超联合血清尿酸(Uric Acid,UA)及脑钠肽(Brain Natriuretic Peptide,BNP)对高血压左室肥厚(Left Ventricular Hypertrophy,LVH)伴左心衰竭的诊断价值.方法 对2020年5月-2023年5月期间观察组和对照组各80例研究对象均检查血清和心脏彩超.结果 观察组左室射血分数(Left Ventricle Ejection Fraction,LVEF)低于对照组,左室收缩末期内径(Left Ventricular End-Systolic Dimension,LVESD)、左室舒张末期内径(Left Ventricular End Diastolic Diameter,LVEDD)、左室短轴缩短率(Left Ventricular Fraction Shortening,LVFS)、左房内径(Left Atrium Diameter,LAD)、二尖瓣口舒张早期最大血流速度(E峰)/二尖瓣环舒张早期最大运动速度(Ea)、UA、BNP均高于对照组(P<0.05);随着心功能减退,LVEF降低,LVESD、LVFS、LAD、LVEDD、E/Ea、UA、BNP升高(P<0.05).结论心脏彩超联合血清UA及BNP对诊断高血压LVH伴左心衰竭有重要的临床价值.
Objective This study is to investigate the diagnostic value of echocardiography combined with serum uric acid(UA)and brain natriuretic peptide(BNP)for left ventricular hypertrophy(LVH)with left heart failure in patients with hypertension.Methods From May 2020 to May 2023,80 research object in the observation group and 80 research object in the control group were examined for serum and cardiac ultrasound.Results It is showed that the left ventricular ejection fraction(LVEF)of observation group was lower than control group.Left ventricular end systolic diameter(LVESD),left ventricular end diastolic diameter(LVEDD),left ventricular short axis shortening(LVFS),left atrial diameter(LAD),and maximum flow velocity(E-peak)/early mitral annular diastolic velocity(Ea),UA,and BNP in the observation group were all higher than those of the control group(P<0.05).As heart function decreases,LVEF decreases,while LVESD,LVFS,LAD,LVEDD,E/Ea,UA,and BNP increase(P<O.O5).Conclusion Cardiac ultrasound combined with serum UA and BNP has important clinical value in diagnosing hypertensive LVH with left heart failure.
