MR在结直肠癌分期诊断中的应用价值研究

Study on the application value of MR in the staging and diagnosis of colorectal cancer

目的 探讨结直肠癌分期诊断中应用磁共振成像(Magnetic Resonance,MR)的诊断效果.方法 研究对象为2022年11月-2023年11月于我院就诊的75例结直肠癌患者,患者入院后均接受CT和MR检查,将术后病理结果作为临床诊断的"金标准",比较两种方法对结直肠癌T、N分期的诊断准确率.结果 MR对结直肠癌T、N分期的诊断准确率均高于CT检查(P<0.05).结论 结直肠癌分期诊断中应用MR检查方式效果确切,具有较高的诊断准确性,能够为临床诊治提供可靠的依据,值得采纳.

Objective To investigate the diagnostic effect of magnetic resonance imaging(Magnetic Resonance,MR)in the staging diagnosis of colorectal cancer.Methods The study subjects were 75 colorectal cancer patients in our hospital from November 2022 to November 2023.All the patients underwent CT and MR examination after admission.The postoperative pathological results were taken as the"gold standard"for clinical diagnosis to compare the diagnostic accuracy of the two methods for colorectal cancer T and N stage.Results The diagnostic accuracy of MR for T and N stage was higher than that of CT examination(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of MR examination in the staging diagnosis of colorectal cancer has definite effect,high diagnostic accuracy,and can provide reliable basis for clinical diagnosis and treatment,which is worth adopting.
