摘要
目的 调查绵阳地区儿童重症过渡期病房护士人文执业能力现状并分析其影响因素.方法 于2023年1月-2023年3月期间,便利抽取绵阳市中心医院的17名儿童重症过渡期病房护士为观察对象,使用一般资料调查法、护士人文执业能力测评量表、护士职业获益感量表、杰弗逊共情量表对护士进行问卷调查和统计分析.结果 绵阳地区儿童重症过渡期病房护士人文执业能力得分(87.35±8.75)分,其中人文关怀实践能力、伦理及法律实践能力得分较低,与护理执业获益感量表以及杰弗逊共情量表得分均呈显著正相关关系(r=0.707,0.838,P<0.01).多元线性回归分析结果显示:儿童重症过渡期病房工作年限、人文执业培训次数、同事关心程度为人文执业能力的独立影响因素(P<0.05).结论 绵阳地区儿童重症过渡期病房护士人文执业能力处于一般水平,护理管理者应加强培训、提供良好的工作氛围,以提升护士人文执业能力.
Objective To investigate the status quo of humanistic practice ability of nurses in pediatric intensive care unit in Mianyang and analyze its influencing factors.Methods During the period of January 2023 to March 2023,17 nurses from Mianyang Central Hospital were selected as observation subjects in the pediatric intensive care transition ward.Conducted a questionnaire survey and statistical analysis on nurses using general information survey method,Nurse Humanities Practice Ability Assessment Scale,Nurse Professional Benefit Scale,and Jefferson Empathy Scale.Results Children intensive transition results in mianyang district nurses cultural practice ability score(87.35±8.75),the humanistic care practice ability,ethics and law practice ability score is low,empathy and nursing practice scale benefit and Jefferson scale score was significantly positive correlation(r=0.707,0.838,P<0.01).The results of multiple linear regression analysis showed that the years of work in the pediatric intensive care unit,the number of humanistic practice training,and the degree of care from colleagues were independent influencing factors of humanistic practice ability(P<0.05).Conc lus ion children ward nurse severe transition in mianyang district cultural practice ability in the general level,nursing managers should strengthen training,provide a good working atmosphere,to enhance the nurse human practice ability.
