鸦胆子油乳注射剂联合化疗治疗对晚期胃癌患者近期疗效及外周血T淋巴细胞亚群的影响

Effect of Brucea javanica oil emulsion injection combined with chemotherapy on short-term curative effect and t-cell lymphocyte subcohorte in patients with advanced gastric cancer

目的 探讨鸦胆子油乳注射剂联合化疗治疗对晚期胃癌患者近期疗效及外周血T淋巴细胞亚群的影响.方法 选取2022年10月-2024年5月于本院接受晚期胃癌化疗的84例患者为研究对象,并按随机数字表法分为研究组(n=42)和对照组(n=42),对照组单纯化疗,研究组采用鸦胆子油乳注射剂联合化疗,对比分析两组近期疗效、T淋巴细胞亚群、肿瘤标志物及毒副反应.结果 研究组疗效高于对照组;治疗后两组CD3^(+)、CD4^(+)均降低,CD8^(+)及CD4^(+)/CD8^(+)均升高,研究组CD3^(+)、CD4^(+)降低更明显,CD8^(+)及CD4^(+)/CD8^(+)升高更明显;研究组肿瘤标志物指标下降更显著;研究组毒副反应低于对照组,两组间的差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论 鸦胆子油乳注射剂联合化疗对晚期胃癌临床疗效具有价值,降低肿瘤标志物,对外周血T淋巴细胞亚有一定的稳定性并减轻化疗副反应.

Objective To investigate the effect of Brucea javanica oil emulsion injection combined with chemotherapy on the short-term efficacy and t-cell lymphocyte of subcohorte in patients with advanced gastric cancer.Methods Eighty-four patients with advanced gastric cancer who received chemotherapy in our hospital from October 2022 to May 2024 were divided into study group(n=42)and control group(n=42),the control group was treated with chemotherapy alone,while the research group was treated with Brucea javanica oil emulsion injection combined with chemotherapy.The short-term curative effect,T lymphocyte subgroup,tumor markers and toxic and side effects were compared between the two groups.Results After treatment,the levels of CD3^(+)and CD4^(+)in the study group were lower than those in the control group,and the levels of CD8^(+)and CD4/CD8^(+)in the two groups were higher than those in the control group,and the levels of CD3^(+)and CD4^(+)in the study group were lower than those in the control group,and the levels of CD8^(+)and CD4^(+)/CD8 in the study group were higher than those in the control group.The decrease of tumor markers in the study group was more significant,and the toxic and side effects in the study group were lower than those in the control group,there was a significant difference between the two groups(P<0.05).Conclusion Brucea javanica oil emulsion injection combined with chemotherapy is valuable in the treatment of advanced gastric cancer,reducing tumor markers,stabilizing T lymphocyte in peripheral blood and reducing side effects of chemotherapy.
