醒神通络针法对急性脑梗死患者临床症状及脑灌注储备的影响

Effect of Xingshen Tongluo acupuncture on clinical symptoms and cerebral perfusion reserve in patients with acute cerebral infarction

目的 研究醒神通络针法对急性脑梗死患者临床症状及脑灌注储备的影响.方法 选取天津市北辰区中医医院收治的60例急性脑梗死患者为研究对象,采用随机数字表法将患者分为两组,每组均为30例.研究组和对照组分别采用醒神通络针刺法和常规针刺法进行治疗,观察两组治疗前后中医证候评分、神经功能缺损评分、生活指数、脑血管储备(cerebral venous reflux,CVR)和屏气指数(breath-holding index,BHI).结果 治疗前两组各项指标差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05),治疗后研究组中医证候评分和神经功能缺损评分均显著低于对照组(P<0.05),研究组生活指数、CVR、BHI均显著高于对照组(P<0.05).结论 对急性脑梗死患者应用醒神通络针法进行治疗,可以有效缓解患者症状,提高其生活能力,改善神经功能和脑灌注储备.

Objective To study the effect of Xingshen Tongluo acupuncture on clinical symptoms and cerebral perfusion reserve in patients with acute cerebral infarction.Methods 60 patients with acute cerebral infarction treated in Beichen District Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine of Tianjin were selected as the research objects,and the patients were divided into two groups with 30 cases by random number table method.The study group and the control group were treated with Xingshen Tongluo acupuncture method and conventional acupuncture method respectively.TCM syndrome score,neurological deficit score,life index,cerebral venous reserve(CVR)and breath-holding index(BHI)of the two groups were observed before and after treatment.Results Before treatment,there was no statistical significance in all indexes between the two groups(P>0.05).After treatment,the scores of TCM syndrome and neurological impairment of the study group were significantly lower than those of the control group(P<0.05),and the life index,CVR and BHI of the study group were significantly higher than those of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of Xingshen Tongluo acupuncture in the treatment of acute cerebral infarction can effectively relieve symptoms,improve life ability,improve nerve function and cerebral perfusion reserve.
