循证护理对乳腺癌靶向治疗患者医学应对方式及生活质量的影响

Effect of Evidence-Based Nursing on Coping Style and Quality of Life of Patients with Breast Cancer Targeted Therapy

目的探究循证护理对乳腺癌靶向治疗患者医学应对方式及生活质量的影响。方法将2020年6月至2022年5月在泉州市东南医院接受靶向治疗的40例乳腺癌患者按随机数字表法分为两组,对照组20例(常规护理),试验组20例(循证护理),比较两组患者对疾病的医学应对方式、生活质量、心理状态、不良反应发生情况。结果护理后,试验组面对评分较高,回避、屈服分值比对照组低(P<0.05)。护理后,试验组躯体疼痛、一般健康状况、生理机能、精力、情感职能、生理职能、精神健康、社会功能评分比对照组高(P<0.05)。护理后,试验组焦虑、抑郁量表评分比对照组低(P<0.05)。护理后,试验组不良反应发生率比对照组低(P<0.05)。结论在乳腺癌靶向治疗中应用循证护理可使患者积极面对治疗,缓解负面情绪、减少不良反应、提高生活质量。

Objective To explore the influence of evidence-based nursing on medical coping style and quality of life of patients with targeted therapy for breast cancer.Methods Forty patients with breast cancer who received targeted therapy in Quanzhou Southeast Hospital from June 2020 to May 2022 were divided into two groups according to random number table method,20 patients in the control group(routine nursing)and 20 patients in the experimental group(evidence-based nursing).The medical coping style,quality of life,psychological state and adverse reactions of the two groups were compared.Results After nursing,the test group's face score was higher,and the avoidance and yield scores were lower than the control group(P<0.05).After nursing,the scores of physical pain,general health status,physiological function,energy,emotional function,physiological function,mental health and social function of experimental group were higher than those of control group(P<0.05).After nursing,the scores of anxiety and depression scale in experimental group were lower than those in control group(P<0.05).After nursing,the incidence of adverse reactions in experimental group was lower than that in control group(P<0.05).Conclusions The application of evidence-based nursing in targeted treatment of breast cancer can make patients face treatment positively,relieve negative emotions,reduce adverse reactions and improve their quality of life.
