大黄联合生长抑素在治疗急性胰腺炎的疗效

Efficacy of Rhubarb Combined with Somatostatin in the Treatment of Acute Pancreatitis

目的探讨大黄联合生长抑素在治疗急性胰腺炎的疗效。方法选取明溪县总医院接收的70例急性胰腺炎患者为研究对象,样本案例纳入时间为2022年1月至2023年12月,根据样本案例纳入时间分组,各35例,其中2022年1月至12月为对照组实施生长抑素治疗,2023年1月至12月为研究组实施大黄联合生长抑素治疗。对比两组临床治疗效果、临床相关治疗指标、胃肠激素指标、炎性反应。结果研究组临床治疗总有效率高于对照组(P<0.05)。研究组胃肠减压、腹痛消失及住院时间均短于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗干预1周后,研究组血清胃动素指标高于对照组,生长激素、血管活性肠肽指标低于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗干预1周后研究组相关炎性指标低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论对急性胰腺炎实施大黄联合生长抑素治疗的效果确切,可缩短相关治疗时间,改善患者胃肠道功能,减轻其机体炎性反应,更利于其康复。

Objective To discuss the curative effect of rhubarb combined with somatostatin in the treatment of acute pancreatitis.Methods Seventy patients with acute pancreatitis admitted to Mingxi County General Hospital were selected as the subjects.The sample cases were included from January 2022 to December 2023,and were divided into 35 cases according to the inclusion time.The control group was treated with somatostatin from January to December 2022.From January to December 2023,rhubarb combined with somatostatin was administered to the study group.The clinical therapeutic effect,clinical related therapeutic indexes,gastrointestinal hormone indexes and inflammatory response were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate of the study group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).Gastrointestinal decompression,disappearance of abdominal pain and hospital stay in the study group were shorter than those in the control group(P<0.05).After 1 week of treatment and intervention,the serum motilin indexes in the study group were higher than those in the control group,and the growth hormone and vasoactive intestinal peptide indexes were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).After 1 week of treatment intervention,the relevant inflammatory indexes in the study group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusions Rhubarb combined with somatostatin is effective in treating acute pancreatitis,which can shorten the treatment time,improve the gastrointestinal function,reduce the inflammatory response of patients,and facilitate their rehabilitation.
