磷酸西格列汀联合阿托伐他汀钙治疗对2型糖尿病患者血糖、血脂及效果的影响

Effect of Sitagliptin Combined with Atorvastatin Calcium on Blood Glucose,Blood Lipid and Efficacy in Type 2 Diabetes Patients

目的分析联合应用阿托伐他汀钙片和磷酸西格列汀片对2型糖尿病的治疗效果。方法选择2022年5月至2022年11月期间因“2型糖尿病”在本院就诊的53例患者,基于随机抽样的分组原则,将23例患者设为对照组并为其单用磷酸西格列汀片进行治疗,将30例患者设为研究组并为其联合应用阿托伐他汀钙片和磷酸西格列汀片进行治疗。对比两组的临床疗效、不良反应发生率以及血糖、血脂变化状况。结果治疗前,研究组的糖化血红蛋白、甘油三酯等血糖、血脂指标均与对照组接近,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后,除高密度脂蛋白胆固醇为研究组高于对照组,其余血糖和血脂指标均为研究组低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究组总有效率(96.67%)高于对照组(73.91%),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究组不良反应发生率(10.00%)与对照组(4.35%)接近,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论联合应用阿托伐他汀钙片和磷酸西格列汀片对2型糖尿病有显著疗效和安全性,可显著改善患者血脂和血糖水平。

Objective To analyze the therapeutic effect of atorvastatin calcium tablets and sitagliptin phosphate tablets on type 2 diabetes.Methods Fifty-three patients with type 2 diabetes who visited our hospital from May 2022 to November 2022 were selected.Based on the grouping principle of random sampling,23 patients were set as the control group and were treated with sigliptin phosphate tablets alone,and 30 patients were set as the study group and were treated with atorvastatin calcium tablets and sigliptin phosphate tablets jointly.Compare the clinical efficacy,incidence of adverse reactions,and changes in blood glucose and lipid levels between the two groups.Results Before treatment,the blood glucose and lipid indicators such as glycated hemoglobin and triglycerides in the study group were similar to those in the control group,with no statistically significant difference(P>0.05).After treatment,except for high-density lipoprotein cholesterol,which was higher in the study group than in the control group,the other blood glucose and lipid indicators were lower in the study group than in the control group,with a statistically significant difference(P<0.05).The total effective rate of the study group(96.67%)was higher than that of the control group(73.91%),with a statistically significant difference(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions in the study group(10.00%)was similar to that in the control group(4.35%),with no statistically significant difference(P>0.05).Conclusions The combination of atorvastatin calcium tablets and sigliptin phosphate tablets has significant efficacy and safety in the treatment of type 2 diabetes,and can significantly improve the blood lipid and glucose levels of patients.
