评价标准化尘螨变应原注射液治疗轻度至中度过敏性哮喘的疗效和安全性

Evaluate the Efficacy and Safety of Standardize Dust Mite Allergen Injection in the Treatment of Mild to Moderate Allergic Asthma

目的研究标准化尘螨变应原注射液在轻度至中度过敏性哮喘中的应用疗效及其安全性。方法在我院2019年1月至2022年12月门诊就诊的轻度至中度过敏性哮喘患儿中选出60例患儿(5~7岁19例,8~10岁33例,≥10岁8例),应用标准化尘螨变应原注射液脱敏治疗方案,对比治疗1年内不同年龄段患儿的临床症状有效改善率、药物不良反应率及哮喘症状严重程度(视觉模拟评分法VAS)与哮喘控制效果评分(C-CAT)、药物评分。结果不同年龄段患儿在标准化脱敏治疗下,1年内临床有效率和不良反应率均无显著对比差异(P>0.05);治疗后患儿VAS评分和药物评分低于治疗前,C-CAT评分高于治疗前,治疗前后数据具备统计学对比意义(P<0.05)。结论轻度至中度过敏性哮喘患儿在标准化尘螨变应原注射液治疗下,其症状均能得到显著改善,哮喘控制效果相对突出,且不受患儿年龄因素影响,具备良好适用性。

Objective To study the efficacy and safety of standardized dust mite allergen injection in the treatment of mild to moderate allergic asthma.Methods Sixty children with mild to moderate allergic asthma(19 cases aged 5-7 years old,33 cases aged 8-10 years old,and 8 cases aged≥10 years old)were selected from outpatient visits in our hospital from January 2019 to December 2022,the standardized dust mite allergen injection desensitization treatment plan was applied to compare the effective improvement rate of clinical symptoms,adverse drug reaction rate,severity of asthma symptoms(Visual Analog Scale),asthma control effect score(C-CAT),drug score in children of different age groups within one year of treatment.Results Under standardized desensitization treatment,there was no significant difference in clinical efficacy and adverse reaction rates among patients of different age groups within one year(P>0.05);After treatment,the patient's VAS score and medication score were lower than before treatment,while the C-CAT score was higher after treatment.The data before and after treatment showed statistical significance(P<0.05).Conclusions Under standardized dust mite allergen injection treatment,the symptoms of patients with mild to moderate allergic asthma can be significantly improved,and the asthma control effect is relatively outstanding,which is not affected by the patient's age factor and has good applicability.
