摘要
目的探究分析在脑卒中患者中联合应用重复经颅磁刺激、康复机器人治疗对其手功能障碍和生活质量的效果影响。方法以随机数字表法,将医院2023年5月至2024年6月诊治的脑卒中患者72例分成两组,各有36例,对照组和观察组分别应用重复经颅磁刺激治疗、重复经颅磁刺激联合康复机器人治疗。对比两组治疗前及治疗2周、4周后的皮质运动诱发电位(cMEP)、患肢上肢功能[Fugl-Meyer评定量表(FMA)上肢部分]、患肢运动强度指数(MI)和生活质量[日常生活活动量表(ADL)]改善程度。结果治疗2周、4周后,在cMEP潜伏期方面,观察组比对照组更短;在cMEP波幅方面,观察组比对照组更大(P<0.05)。在患侧上肢FMA评分和MI评分方面,观察组均比对照组更高(P<0.05)。在ADL评分方面,观察组均高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论在脑卒中患者中联合应用重复经颅磁刺激、康复机器人治疗,可促进手障碍功能恢复,恢复运动强度,提高生活质量。
Objective To explore and analyze the effects of combined application of repetitive transcranial magnetic stimulation and rehabilitation robot on hand dysfunction and quality of life in stroke patients.Methods A total of 72 stroke patients diagnosed and treated in the hospital from May 2023 to June 2024 were divided into two groups with 36 cases in each group by random number table method.The control group and observation group were respectively treated with repeated transcranial magnetic stimulation,repeated transcranial magnetic stimulation combined with rehabilitation robot treatment.Cortical motor evoked potential(cMEP),upper limb function[Fugl-Meyer Rating Scale(FMA)upper limb part],motor intensity index(MI)and quality of life(ADL)of affected limb were compared before treatment and 2 and 4 weeks after treatment between the two groups..Results After 2 weeks and 4 weeks of treatment,the incubation of cMEP in the observation group was shorter than that in the control group;in terms of cMEP amplitude,the observation group was larger than the control group(P<0.05).The affected upper limbs for the FMA and MI scores were higher in the observation group than the control group(P<0.05).In terms of ADL scores,the observation group had higher scores(P<0.05).Conclusions The combined application of repetitive transcranial magnetic stimulation and rehabilitation robot therapy in stroke patients can promote the recovery of hand dysfunction,restore the intensity of movement and improve the quality of life.
