本文从中医“肝主疏泄”角度论述肝与肿瘤产生、进展、转移之间关系,以及补肝、清肝、疏肝、平肝作用的中药对肿瘤细胞的作用,表明从肝论治肿瘤的理论依据。在肿瘤治疗过程中应重视肝的疏泄作用,养肝、疏肝、调肝可贯穿于肿瘤治疗的始终。

This article discusses the relationship between the liver and the occurrence,progression,and metastasis of tumors from the perspective of traditional Chinese medicine's"liver governing the discharge and dispersion,"as well as the effects of Chinese medicinal herbs with functions of nourishing the liver,clearing the liver,dispersing the liver,and calming the liver on tumor cells,indicating the theoretical basis for treating tumors from the liver aspect.In the process of tumor treatment,the liver's function of discharge and dispersion should be valued,and nourishing the liver,dispersing the liver,and regulating the liver can be integrated throughout the entire process of tumor treatment.
