消肿止痛汤熏洗坐浴联合复方黄柏液涂剂治疗痔疮术后肛缘水肿的临床效果

Clinical Effect of Detumescence Zhitong Decoction Fumigation and Sitz Bath Combined with Compound Huangbai Liquid Paint in the Treatment of Anal Border Edema after Hemorrhoid Surgery

目的以痔疮术后肛缘水肿患者作为观察对象,以消肿止痛汤熏洗坐浴联合复方黄柏液涂剂作为治疗方法,就观察对象采用上述治疗方法的临床效果进行分析和探讨。方法选取2020年1月至2022年12月龙岩市第二医院收治的90例痔疮术后肛缘水肿患者,通过随机数字表法将观察对象均匀分为两组,分组后分别命名为对照组、观察组,各组的患者例数均为45例。对照组采用高锰酸钾溶液坐浴联合地奥司明片治疗,观察组采用消肿止痛汤熏洗坐浴联合复方黄柏液涂剂治疗,对比两组的临床总有效率、治疗前后的伤口肉芽组织生长评分、伤口分泌物评分、伤口水肿程度评分及不良反应发生率。结果在临床总有效率的比较上,与对照组相比,观察组较高(P<0.05)。治疗后,在伤口肉芽组织生长评分、伤口分泌物评分、伤口水肿程度评分的比较上,观察组均低于对照组(P<0.05)。在不良反应发生率的比较上,与对照组相比,观察组较低(P<0.05)。结论对于痔疮术后肛缘水肿患者而言,将消肿止痛汤熏洗坐浴联合复方黄柏液涂剂作为治疗方案可获得较为理想的治疗效果,不仅可以有效促进肉芽组织的生长,减少伤口分泌物,减轻水肿程度,还可以降低不良反应的发生风险,提高治疗安全性。

Objective The patients with anal edge edema after hemorrhoids were taken as the observation objects,and the clinical effects of the above treatment methods were analyzed and discussed.Methods A total of 90 patients with anal edge edema after hemorrhoids treated in the Second Hospital of Longyan City from January 2020 to December 2022 were selected,and the observation subjects were evenly divided into two groups by random number table method,which were respectively named control group and observation group,with 45 patients in each group.The control group was treated with potassium permanganate solution sitz bath combined with Diosamine tablets,and the observation group was treated with Xiaotumzhitong Decoction and Xianshi sitz bath combined with compound Huangbai liquid coating.The clinical total effective rate,wound granulation tissue growth score,wound secretion score,wound edema degree score before and after treatment and the incidence of adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the wound granulation tissue growth score,wound secretion score and wound edema degree score in observation group were lower than those in control group(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions in the observation group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusions For patients with anal edge edema after hemorrhoids surgery,the combination of Qingtumzhitong Decoction,Xian-washing and sitbathing combined with compound Huangbai liquid coating can achieve ideal therapeutic effect,which can not only effectively promote the growth of granulation tissue,reduce wound secretions,reduce the degree of edema,but also reduce the risk of adverse reactions and improve treatment safety.
