摘要
目的构建高原驻训护士核心能力培养指标体系。方法通过文献研究、小组讨论、Delphi法构建高原驻训护士核心能力培养指标体系。结果两轮专家函询问卷有效回收率为100%,两轮专家权威系数分别为0.90、0.91。最终确立的高原驻训护士核心能力培养指标体系16条,其中包含了3个一级指标、13个二级指标。结论通过Delphi法建立的高原驻训护士核心能力培养指标,科学性、可靠性均比较高,通过编写教材、编制应急预案,在针对性培训过程中,实现护士应急救护保障能力的提升。
Objective To construct a core competency training index system for high-altitude resident nurses.Methods A core competency cultivation index system for high-altitude resident nurses was constructed through literature research,group discussion,and Delphi method.Results The effective response rate of the 2-round expert inquiry questionnaire was 100%,and the authority coefficients of the 2-round experts were 0.90 and 0.91,respectively.The final established core competency training index system for high-altitude resident nurses includes 16 indicators,including 3 primary indicators and 13 secondary indicators.Conclusions The core competency training index system for high-altitude resident nurses constructed using the Delphi method has high scientificity and reliability,providing a basis for developing emergency plans,compiling textbooks,providing more targeted training to improve the emergency rescue support ability of high-altitude resident nurses.
