Research on the Demand Oriented Talent Cultivation Model for Land Management Majors in Agricultural Universities

当前土地管理专业在人才培养过程中,存在着课程内容与市场脱节、学生实践经验缺乏、忽视创新能力培养以及师资力量不足等问题。通过研究以需求为导向的农业高校土地管理专业人才培养模式,探讨了在快速发展的土地管理领域中,如何通过更新课程设置、强化实践教学、鼓励研究项目参与和加强师资队伍建设来更好的培养适应行业需求的专业人才。通过提出了一系列具体的教育改革措施和策略,旨在培养具有实际操作能力、创新思维和批判性思维的高素质专业人才。

In the current talent cultivation process of the land management major,there are problems such as the curriculum content being disconnected from the market,lack of practical experience among students,neglect of the cultivation of innovative abilities,and insufficient teaching staff.This article studies the demand-oriented talent cultivation model for land management majors in agricultural universities,and explores how to cultivate professional talents to meet industry needs in the rapidly developing field of land management by updating curriculum,strengthening practical teaching,encouraging research project participation,and strengthening the teaching staff.This article proposes a series of specific educational reform measures and strategies aimed at cultivating high-quality professional talents with practical operation ability,innovative thinking,and critical thinking.
