摘要
海洋大型旅游综合体漂浮于远海海面,需要在承载大量游客的情况下保持较高的舒适度,综合体上的能源与物料的供应与消耗一定要保持动态的平衡,如果能够定量地掌握综合体上的能源与物料消耗情况,则可以提高综合体的设计、建造质量以及运营管理的效率.本文通过实地调研与文献研究,掌握了综合体上各个功能空间每年单位面积电能消耗量的范围,掌握了综合体上饮食环节的食材消耗与供应的定量值范围,预估了综合体上淡水消耗与供应的定量值,预测了综合体上垃圾以及污水产生的定量范围,为综合体的设计、建造以及运营管理提供了可靠的数据基础,以开发大型旅游综合体内生态环境平衡管理系统.
The large marine tourism complex,floating on the open sea,must maintain a high level of comfort while accommodating a large number of tourists.The supply and consumption of energy and materials within the complex must remain dynamically balanced.By quantitatively understanding the energy and material consumption within the complex,the quality and efficiency of its design,construction,and operational management can be improved.Through field investigations and literature research,the density range of electricity consumption for each functional space within the complex has been identified,along with the quantitative ranges for food consumption and supply in the dining facilities,freshwater consumption and supply,and the estimated production of waste and sewage.These data provide a reliable foundation for the design,construction,and operational management of the complex,enabling improvements in design and construction quality,effective reduction of redundancies and deficiencies,and a reduction in construction and operational costs.
